Phil Studio is located in a studio in Taichung, designed with a curatorial approach that shapes its spatial style, experience, and utilisation. Our goal is to create a workspace for creators that bridges the gap between a café and an office, combining the advantages of both while eliminating their drawbacks. This space allows individuals to engage in thoughtful reflection and work organisation, while also facilitating appropriate interactions and exchanges with others.

By assigning clear definitions to different zones, Phil Studio allows individuals to communicate their current status as they move through the space, minimising unnecessary disturbances.
The studio merges the best qualities of a café and an office, creating a new type of workspace for creators. Drawing on the concept of the 'Ideal Setting' proposed by designer Herman Miller, Phil Studio has crafted a workspace that enables individuals to work in tranquillity, think deeply, organise their tasks, and appropriately engage and communicate with others.

In terms of visual style, "honesty" guides the design principles at Phil Studio, influencing the outlines, materials, lines, and choice of decor. Here, honesty refers to "creating spaces that originate from a human-centric perspective," breaking away from mere functionality and returning to a focus on human behaviour within the space.

Smell
The forest theme is conveyed not only through fern-green walls but also through scent. It’s as if one is walking into a mixed woodland, where the individual scents of the trees blend indistinguishably with the aroma of dew and soil stirred underfoot.
Soundtrack
Bedding gently is a playlist that makes people move lightly. When you put on headphones and listen to your own music, you won't hear the presence of ambient sounds.
